Terms Of Service

I am not at fault if you choose to not read the rules for commissioning me; this is your responsibility it is publicly available and linked in the invoice that is sent to you.1. All illustration commissions are for personal use. Live2D commissions & Emotes already include commercial fees.2. • Payments are done in advance via Paypal invoice. The currency is USD
Invoice payment must be paid within 4 working days of having been sent.
Once the time limit has passed, you will be removed from the commission slot.• I do allow partial payments for big commissions. Let me know in advance & we can make a payment plan together. If a payment plan is needed, 50% of the cost will be needed as a down payment. The finished art work will not be sent until payment has been made in full.3. During the sketch phase, 2 major changes are allowed, after lineart/base coloring is done only minor changes can be done for free. Once the art is done no free changes are allowed.4. There are no refunds once the project is started. Except in the case of an issue that falls on me and results in a cancellation, there will be a refund.5. I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time. In which case a full refund will be made if payment has already been made.6. Usage for Merchandise doubles the original price & I still reserve all rights to my art as the creator.
Usage for Streams (Twitch.Youtube/ Promos) is included in the original price. You are not allowed to edit/trace/copy/heavily reference my art. If you are caught doing so you will be blacklisted.Visible credits to me are mandatory.7. I am allowed to display commissions & WIPs on Twitter/Twitch/TikTok/Instagram/Youtube/Discord with proper credits unless discussed otherwise beforehand. If I am unable to stream or post WIPs on socials, there will be a privacy fee of $100.8. All communication relating to commissions must be made through Email or Discord DM . Please stick to one location.9. I do not send the live2d project file. You will receive all files needed for runtime.10. The client agrees they are of legal age and will not issue a chargeback for the commission in any circumstance.11. Please allow 30-90 days for EACH part (art / rig) to be finished.12. WIPs are sent via videos through whatever method of communication we are using. There will be multiple WIP videos and you have the opportunity to request changes during the rigging process as well as up to 1 week after you obtained the rig. Any changes requested after the 1 week period will be considered however they are not a priority and may require a fee.13. Prices are not fixed, they will change based on demand and skill. Once you have commissioned me that price will be fixed unless you add on a service.14. You are not allowed to mint my art work as an NFT15. Reselling models I have drawn/rigged is not allowed even if you no longer wish to use them.16. If you wish for changes on your model (outfit, hair etc.) If I am not the original artist I will not make any changes to the art work.
If I am the original artist please contact me about the change and you will be put into queue, there will be additional charges.17. I require linked credit to be in an easily accessible place. Twitter/SNS bio, your streaming channel, and/or a credits page of your site.18. I will not edit or modify a model that has already been rigged. If you would like changes to a model that I did for you please message me and I can put you into queue. There will be a fee for changes to a model I previously rigged past the 1 week period.19.
